Ingredients
1 (8-ounce) brick cream cheese, softened
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup ham, finely diced
¼ cup sweet pickle relish, drained
½ cup roasted red peppers, drained and finely diced
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
16 Hawaiian mini slider sweet rolls
Instructions
In the bowl of a food processor or a high-powered blender, add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, ham, sweet pickle relish, and roasted red pepper. Pulse until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on each roll and refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
Notes
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours for the spread to thicken and for flavor to develop.
